Nexi: Easy Calendar

Easy Calendar is an appointment-booking web app conceived, designed and built entirely by DSGN. During the lockdown period of March 2020 we decided to work hard to provide all merchants in the fashion, well-being and appointment-driven businesses sectors with a simple, fast and reliable web app.

Easy Calendar is a SaaS (Software as a Service) system based on WordPress and deeply integrated via REST API with Nexi applications such as the payment gateway, the data for the activation of merchants and validations at international circuits such as Mastercard and Visa.

Nexi decided to acquire the exclusive for the distribution of the platform in June 2020 and, since then, we have been collaborating to implement, every 2 weeks, new features for our merchants.

The platform is currently free until June 30, 2021 for all merchants who intend to activate it. Once you have signed up for the service, a very intuitive wizard will guide you in choosing the desired template (among 50 different business models) and in 4 simple steps your site will be active and ready to receive appointments!

We also developed and customized a fully-integrated CRM where you can manager your entire business, from appointments to client database and follow-ups. CRM is completely built in react and 100% mobile responsive.
